How it Works

1. Register online

2. Get a receipt and a confirmation email that includes an exclusive link to the private shopping site and the password to access it (check your spam folder if you don’t see the confirmation email)

3. As soon as you get the link, start shopping!

4. Delivery will be every two weeks on [insert day of week] beginning  xx/xx/xx. If your order is placed by xx/xx/xx, your first delivery will be [insert day + date]; orders placed AFTER xx/xx/xx will not be delivered until [insert day + date].

5. We’ll send a reminder to place your next order [insert # days] before the next scheduled delivery date.

6. On your next scheduled delivery date, leave your empties out for us (with the leakproof stainless steel lids); we’ll drop your new order, take your empties, and then clean, sanitize, and reuse them.

Pro Tips:
- You’re in charge! Delivery is every two weeks, but we only deliver when you place an order. If you’re plenty stocked up from your last delivery, just skip the next one.
- This is as new to us as it is to you, and we expect a few hiccups along the way. Please be patient with us, and be sure to communicate any questions or concerns to hello@yesplasticfree.com.
